Old meets new

Our bakery is a place where the old meets the new, Our Artisan Range is still made the old fashioned way, while the Palmerston Bakery range takes full advantage of the modern rapid dough process.

All of our bread is made with High Fibre, Iron enriched flour, and our Palmerston Bakery range is made with 25% less salt than standard bread. All ingredients are sourced within Australia from Australian growers and manufacturers (where possible).

What we do

Helpful bakers

We’re a wholesale bakery based in Palmerston (N.T) with a plant bakery capable of producing a large volume of bread and rolls to suit both the biggest and smallest customers needs.

We bake and deliver 6 days a week, so if you need 1 packet of rolls or 1000 loaves of bread we can help you. If you’re a customer with multiple sites and want a customised product to stand out from the crowd - we want to help you (minimum orders apply).

Edgars Artisan range

Edgars Artisan Bread and rolls grew from customer demand to bring back good old-fashioned bread, with a bit of crust and lots of flavor.

Edgars Artisan is fermented the old-fashioned way, we don’t use any preservatives or bread improvers, just good wholesome ingredients, a lot of time and love from our bakers
